Orders will be shipped the next business day. If you order on a Friday or before a public holiday, delivery may take a few days. Please note that babizkorea operates based on KST, UTC+9.
Neither the courier nor we take any responsibility if a package delivered at your request (unsigned, unattended, etc.) is lost or stolen. However, if the courier leaves your package unattended without your permission, please provide us with your order number.

We do our best to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping service to ensure customer satisfaction. Our main courier is DHL Express. However, to ensure quick and efficient delivery, delivery carriers may vary depending on the country and region. Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days, however unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters or strikes, may result in unforeseen delays.
import duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of Korea may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. Additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Babizkorea has no control over these charges, nor can babizkorea predict what these charges will be.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If customs clearance is required, delays may occur beyond the original estimated delivery time.
