1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- If you prefer an exchange, please indicate the desired product(s) and size(s) when contacting our customer service team.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item(s) are not available, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Exceptions:
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as nursing bras, underwear, and nursing pads cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
